Yes, Nepal is one the most exciting places to raft and kayak in the world. There are more than a dozen rivers assigned for rafting and kayaking. Some of them are extremely difficult white water rivers. The difficulty level for other rivers is moderate and some rivers are even easy for rafting and kayaking. Bhote Koshi, Kali Gandaki, Karnali are some of the popular rivers for rafting and kayaking. You could also get an organized tour for rafting and kayaking from the rafting agencies.

Places in Nepal are  from 8848 meters to 60 meters within 100 miles (160 kilometer) . So the rivers are swift flowing in northern and central Nepal, for the wild ones amongst you, and gentle in the southern parts.
