Pashupatinath temple, which is located near the Tribhuwan International Airport, is the most important Hindu temple of the nation. Bodnath Stupa in Boudha, Swayambhunath in Swayambhu, Changu Narayan in Bhaktapur and Dakshinkali in Pharping are some of the other popular temples and stupas in Kathmandu valley.

   I really wanted to go inside the Pashupatinath complex but couldn’t do so as foreigners are not allowed to go inside the temple. Similar was the case with Dakshinkali temple.
