  3. Arke Fly, a Dutch airline, is starting direct flight from Amsterdam (Netherland) to Kathmandu (Nepal) from October 17, 2009. The frequency of the flight will be once in a week. This will be the only direct flight to Europe from Kathmandu.

  4. Etihad Airways is increasing the frequency of its flights from Abu Dhabi to Kathmandu to daily flights from 4 in a week from October 25, 2009.

    This will certainly help the travelers from the Middle Ease and Europe to get connected to Nepal and should be a good news for the start of the tourist season in Nepal.

  5. China Eastern Airlines has started direct flight from Kunming, China to Kathmandu Nepal from today, September 8, 2009. It offers 4 flights per week in this sector. This provision will facilitate the flow of people between the two countries, especially the Chinese tourists to Nepal and Nepalese business people to China.

  7. Etihad Airways has announced that it will increase its flight frequency to daily flight, from existing four flights per week, from Janauary 2010.
