    additions:

    i recommend:

    a) a rope (to hang your wet, semi-wet clothes while trekking).
    b) a head light (instead of torch light (easier).
    c) zip lock ( waterproof cases for important documents)
    d) some indigestion tablets.

btw you can buy all this in Kathmandu , so need to haul it all the way from home.
