The Museum has a collection of excellent cast- bronze and gilt copper work and photos of Patan at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. There is also a gallery which shows the different stages involved in the production of statues and sculptures.

The entry fee to the Patan Museum (open 10.30 am to 5.30 pm daily) is Rs. 250 (about US $4). For citizens of SAARC countries it is Rs.50 (about 80 cents).
