From October to May, all the major private airlines take visitors on up close mountain viewing flights in the morning. Each passenger will have a window seat and is allowed to visit the cockpit. The airlines also provide a commentary on the passing peaks. Remember Nepal has 8 of the highest 10 mountains in the world.

Tips: Book flights as early in the morning as possible. It improves your chances to see the mountains without clouds disrupting the visibility.
